Been using this little book for a week now and I think this really might be the exercise regime I ll stick to 30 second intervals mean you don t get bored as you are constantly monitoring the time takes all your concentration I also do it in front of the TV which can be another distraction I ve been doing the 3 circuit session which takes 20mins and I barely notice the time going by You can just do one circuit for 7mins or as many as you please There are loads of circuits to mix and match so you can keep changing things I love it
